PAYMENT POLICY

OUT OF STOCK NOTICE

We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you via the email address provided on your order. If we don’t receive a reply within 3 business days, we will immediately ship all in-stock items and any back-ordered item will be cancelled.

 

TAXES

Washington state sales taxes apply on all orders shipped within Washington State.

 

PAYMENT

We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, although your bank may put a hold on these funds, we do not charge until shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail, or over the Internet.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Wen the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using a 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
