US/ENCookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how CAPiTA Snowboards (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage) on capitasnowboarding.com. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. They let the site work properly, remember your preferences and, with your permission, measure traffic and show relevant ads. Some are set by us (first-party cookies), others by the services we use (third-party cookies).
Your choices
You can change your choices at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer of every page.
US residents: some cookies used for advertising may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under US state privacy laws (for example California, Colorado, Virginia). You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page or from Cookie Settings. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out. To exercise your other rights (access, deletion, correction), see US Laws Compliance.
Canadian residents: we ask for your consent before using analytics and marketing cookies, and you can withdraw it at any time.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop the cart or checkout from working.
